How should I care for my ViceRays?

To clean lenses and avoid scratches, use a gentle lens solution and wipe with a microfiber cloth.

I broke my frames/hinge/lense/arm. Can I get a replacement?

Are ViceRays available in retail stores?

ViceRays are currently available in limited dispensaries and merchants. Want to sell ViceRays in your store? Email us at hello@vicerays.com

Can I give a gift certificate?

ViceRays are the perfect gift, but gift certificates are not available at this time. So go ahead and order an extra pair or two to give away!

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

  • ViceRays offers free shipping within the continental US! Due to COVID delays, please allow 5-7 business days for shipping.
  • We also ship to Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping fees will be calculated and applied during checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

  • We ship internationally to select countries. Please email hello@vicerays.com if your country is not available during checkout process. 
  • Shipping fees will be calculated and applied during checkout. We are not liable for any additional costs that may be accrued if your order passes through customs. Due to COVID delays, please allow 15-30 business days for shipping international orders.

Returns & Exchanges

What is ViceRays Return Policy?

  • ViceRays offers a 30-day return policy.
    • Returns are accepted within 30 days of your original purchase. If you would like to return your product for a refund, please email a request with your order number in the subject line to hello@vicerays.com.
    • After your return is received by ViceRays and inspected for original condition, we will refund your entire payment provided that it is in the same condition that you received it and unused.
    • Note: If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • International Returns: Unfortunately, we do not accept international returns at this time.

What is ViceRays Exchange Policy?

  • Exchange Policy:
    • If your order arrives and there are any issues with your ViceRays, no worries. Please take a picture, and send an email to hello@vicerays.com explaining the issue.
  • ViceRays is not liable for package loss or misplacement, or for packages which are returned to a wrong address.
  • Note: If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Incorrect Orders

I got the wrong glasses! What can you do for me?

  • If you receive an incorrect order, please email us at hello@vicerays.com so that we can make it right!
    • Include in your email:
      • a picture of everything you have received
      • a picture of the receipts in the box
    • We will resolve the problem for you after the order is verified.
